Current Responsibilities

Ksenia provides green building certification (BREEAM, BREEAM In-Use, LEED) and energy efficiency consulting. The scope of her services includes advising cost-effective measures to improve environmental performance of assets, comparison of Russian and EU standards, coordination and leading project teams to meet the requirements of international standards. Ksenia is involved in research and business development for her department. Ksenia was the first Russian BREEAM Assessor to receive BREEAM In-Use Auditor and BREEAM AP qualifications, she had certified the first Russian BREEAM In-Use building – Japan House, the first project in Russia to achieve Very Good rating for industrial property and the first Ukrainian LEED project – Shell Kiev office.

Experience
Ksenia was on a forefront of the Russian green building trend and became a founding member of the Russian Green Building Council. Ksenia got involved in preparation of green building reports for Sochi 2014 and UNPD (advising on green building reforms in Kazakhstan). Ksenia also had participated in an international working group for development of BREEAM In-Use tool with BRE Global. In 2011-2013 Ksenia was responsible for the projects of international and Russian clients like Radius Group, Krasnaya Poliana, RZHD, Shell, Ghelamco, O1 Properties and Japan House.
